cleaning, basins and culverts progressively lose their ability to hold run off from rainwater
management systems. The typical system in itself is flawed by its sole function, to clear water
from surface areas in a quick and timely manner. In doing so, it is impossible to prevent the
transfer of debris into the dispersal system. To allow the system to perform at its intended
level during peak demand periods, it is recommended that culverts and catch basins be cleared
of debris each year, and in some instances bi-annually. Our equipment has the ability to clear
debris as deep as 40 feet below the surface.
The high pressure water jet is one of the more invaluable tools in the drain cleaning industry. With a maximum of 4000 psi, the water jet is extremely versatile. When used within storm and sewer lines, the water jet can remove dirt, grease, roots and debris in lines up to 18˝ wide with runs up to 500 feet while also pulling drag lines through all pipes. Water jet cleaning is also very effective at cleaning and clearing roof stacks and roof mounted drains on commercial properties. The water jet is also a great alternative for cleaning parking lots and garages, while also being very effective at graffi ti removal on most structures and surfaces.
Our video inspection equipment is capable of examining all lines 3˝ to 12˝ wide. Whether it is a sewer, storm or electrical line, we can provide you with full color video of the inside of your pipes with measurements to the problem areas. Upon completion of your inspection, we can provide you with a VHS tape, including audio, for use in future repairs.
