WE WILL:
• Present you with a schedule of work to be performed on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or yearly schedule.
• Establish, in advance, all charges for work to be performed.
• Provide prices that are reasonable and competitive, all day, every day.
• Monitor drains needing to be serviced more often and have the servicing frequency
adjusted to fit your needs at no additional charge for the remainder of the contract.
• Allow you to schedule Preventive Maintenance Plus for specific areas of your
property rather than the entire site. It may focus on a kitchen, bar room, high volume
bathroom or any other area that would require more than normal attention.
• Service any area covered under your Preventative Maintenance agreement with
no additional costs for backup problems or service calls.
• Allow you to take advantage of discounts provided for scheduled work at rates
significantly below unscheduled on-demand service calls.
• Provide you with significant discounts not afforded to all customers for work
outside of the contracted area.
• Work with you to fi t billing into any and all budgets, whether it is monthly,
bi-monthly, quarterly or yearly. You can also take advantage of our new 9-Month
Billing Program, offering 12 months of service billed over 9 months, leaving
the last three months payment free.
